Counter agent was efficient and very personable as well as making sure I got into the car I wanted. The car was pristine with a full gas tank. (Last two places we've rented the gas tanks were on Empty). Enterprise is our favorite car rental company. Highly recommend to anyone needing a rental car.
They gave us a car where the underbelly was held together with ZIP TIES and are fighting with us to pay for the rental (we had to get towed) and to fix it. Here's more background: We rented a car on October 27 and as we were driving down highway 49, the plastic sheet/covering(?) on the bottom of the car dropped down and started scraping the highway. We had to stop on side of road and wait for a tow (this was around midnight for one hour). We saw that the plastic underside of the car (near front bumper) was held together with zip ties. They didn't properly inspect the car before we took it (how are we supposed to look at the underbelly of the car before taking off to see if it was put together with ridiculous zip ties?) Enterprise provided us with a tow that towed us to our destination in Fort Smith and we replaced the car there. Note, they made us go to the Fort Smith airport to replace the car, they wouldn't even deliver a replacement car to the hotel. We already disputed with them that we shouldn't have to pay the $59 rental car fee (currently disputing it with our credit card company), but we just received a letter today stating that they want to charge us for the damage to the car.... they now want us to pay for that ridiculous plastic sheet/covering that was held together with the zip ties! And I've spoken with the manager multiple times about having to go replace the car in Fort Smith, and yet they still sent this letter. This is extremely unfair and just a terrible, TERRIBLE experience that won't go away. We will be filing a consumer complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General's Office for deceptive and unconscionable trade practices.
I always rent from Enterprise when working in NW Arkansas. Great staff, great selection of cars (mini vans in my case) at the XNA Airport. Never a wait, easy walk to the cars waiting right outside.
Enterprise Rental was a good Car Rental experience for us from the Bentonville Airport.We would use them again.Very easy!! I would give them a 5* rating if not for the fact Enterprise always gives the customer 2 sets of keys chained together , which makes it very awkward trying to put in your pocket.
The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was quick and easy and the car was in good condition as always.
