Staff is friendly, and the pricing is better here then at the airport .... They also shuttle you to and from your car....I usually rent once a month....

Location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The 16-foot truck was in great condition and easy to drive. The only problem was the middle seat in the cab. This should NEVER qualify as a third passenger seat! We took turns sitting in the middle and it was miserable! The seat is very narrow, straight, and hard. The headrest forces you to lean forward. There is NO WAY this is safe or acceptable for any passenger. We believe this is a serious design flaw and highly suggest a review of this matter. We would not advise others to rely on having a third seat. Advertising this vehicle as "three passenger" is extremely misleading!
I dont even want to give this 1 star. It was a prepaid reservation for me. but when i picked my car they said their computer is not pulling data that it was prepaid. and when i returned my car they said they see that the reservation is prepaid but I got charged again. They asked me to cal to cuntomer care. Its worst. its been 3 weeks, they said they are gonna refund but still i didnt get my money back.
