They didn't even consider it or care to apologize when I told them the car they had given me smelled of marijuana !
The car I got smelled of marijuana so I had drop it off in Fayetteville and got a replacement car that had just a little more than half tank of fuel. When I dropped the car back in this rental with half tank they lied that the car I got had a full tank so I had to give it back in full tank.

horrible customer service, and that woman bobby is the worst giving me Information on the phone and when I came in that same day the horrid excuse of a woman gave a completely conflicting statement and made it abundantly clear that she had no desire to conduct business on any sort of professional level needless to say avis as a company will never receive any business from my family or friends if the company is a reflection of its employees you would be better off purchasing a Cadillac from a homeless drug addict

The customer service was great. I needed a bigger vehicle, and I upgraded without a problem. They even reminded me to fill up the tank, so I wouldn't be charged extra.
