Just turned down the bed... dirty sheets with hairs. Nasty. Thank god there were two queen beds.
My co-workers and I arrived around 12am due to a late flight. Once they got checked in the man at the front desk told me they did not have a room for me. I gave them the reservation number and they pulled it up in their system. He then told me that someone from the hotel deleted my reservation so there were no available rooms. This went on til roughly 1:30 am when he finally told me he could put me in a room but that I could only stay for 1 night. My original reservation was for Sunday-friday. The next morning the desk attendant told me they got it straight and I was good for the rest of the week. Unfortunately I was exhausted the rest of the day from the lack of sleep. Very disappointed as I usually love ihg hotels and am currently a spire elite rewards member.
Holiday Inns never fail to impress. The rooms were clean and tidy. The service was friendly. And the free breakfast is an added bonus. I dont see a need to sleep elsewhere when i go out!
Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Traffic in this area can be heavy, but it is convenient to area.
I stay here once a week for work. Always clean and courteous. Never had an issue with noise. Trying to get out of the parking lot in the mornings is a chore, it's a very busy street.
