The hotel was great. Super comfy beds. Clean rooms. Great service. The only downside was the tiny pool area. It was difficult to watch the kiddos without getting wet. However the spa was huge and fabulous! Would stay again.
My family, friends, and myself were blown away by the superior service we received from the staff at this hotel. They really give their customers a level of service that you arent likely to find at any other hotel in this price range. The rooms were large, beds comfortable, and everything is so clean! They serve a hot breakfast every morning, snacks and drinks for happy hour, and have a complimentary shuttle that will take you to nearby places. The pool and jacuzzi were nice, as well as a nice little gym to work out in. The management and the staff all made us feel so welcome, that by the end of our stay, felt more like family. I can never thank them enough for their outstanding service, and for making us feel at home every single day. There are a lot of hotels in the area, but you will be doing yourself a disservice if you pass this one up. If I could give six stars, I most definitely would. What a wonderful place to stay if you are ever in the area! Two thumbs up!
This is a very nice place to stay with entire family. I just can’t find a thing wrong with this location and I have stayed in many Comfort Suites. Friendly staff, nice lobby, clean and just pleasant.
Very clean. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds. Didn't get a chance this time to try the breakfast but it smelled good. No complaints.
I've stayed at over 15 hotels in the Bentonville area and this is my new favorite! They've gone above and beyond in making my stay enjoyable. The office staff are very personable. They offer customer appreciation nightly which includes some free drinks and a snack. Only downside I can see is the entrance can easily be missed. This is now my hotel of choice!
