I came here to sleep and didn't get much of it so I give it a 2 star. Should be a one but the lady at the front was very helpful as best she could be anyway.
I really enjoyed my stay here. They have an indoor pool which was very nice. Small gym. Guest laundry. Wifi worked good. Bed was comfy. Brandon front desk was very pleasant. Excellent example of customer service in a hotel. Gave 3 because i think housekeeping could do better job. I had 2 different rooms because i wanted a different location the second day of staying. I noticed bathroom floor tile could be better mopped...still dirt marks. Found some hair in bathroom. High dusting could go along way. If you look up you can dust webs on ceiling. Breakfast. I agree gravy is not tasty but they got coffee n waffles
Encono Lodge is the worst place I ever been to in my life... room 11 has BEDBUGS AND BATHROOM was unacceptable... Room 12 smells like MARIJUANA the receptionist said ''I'm sorry, but I can't let you stay in room 12 because of the smell."" BENTONVILLE, AR. I had her to call the manager and he said ''just give them back there money" He said we can go across the street to his other hotel." but it was more expenive. I think he is a BIG RIPP OFF..... JUST SAY NO
Half the lights didn't work the employee had to fix them but only got one working. I spent 30 minutes waiting for jer to figure out why my TV didn't work either but got tired of waiting and figured it out myself.
The worse part of all is in the morning if you are in the front rooms towards the road you will be woken up by the traffic. For some reason the outside noise is amplified even though the building is away from the road. Sounded like my room was on the sidewalk!
I stayed here because it was close to my daughter's house. I will not stay here again.
The bed was pretty comfy at the Econo Lodge in Bentonville, AR. The bathroom was really clean with ample room. The lighting could have been better but for the price, it was a really nice place.
Second star because staff friendly. Room was dingy, run-down, and not very clean. Even at this price point you can probably do better.
