Come 3 am after Driving 880 miles I just wanted to sleep till 8am. This was impossible due to the non stop pounding coming from above us all you can hear is people walking around above you. If your looking for a hotel that you can relax and sleep peacefully this is not the place. No insulation between floors AT ALL!!!!
The staff was wonderful! Our room was clean and comfortable. We took full advantage of the pool and breakfast amenities and thoroughly enjoyed both. Wifi was great. Really, overall, just a terrific value and a pleasant experience.
Friendly and helpful staff! Outside and inside very clean! Comfortable lobby area! The room was so unbelievably nice and comfortable as well that I didn't want to even leave the bed. The furniture and layout was gorgeous. Large flat screen TV, very decent sized refrigerator & microwave!! Express checkout!! Breakfast was delicious!! Better than most hotels I've stayed at! And we got the room directly through Best Western (signed up as a rewards member for free) and got it for about $50 less than if we went through Expedia or Orbits. I would have expected this room to go for about $100 more than it did after arriving! Loved our stay and will happily stay there many more times and only go to best westerns in the future!
