Front desk woman gave me the wrong wifi password 3 times. Had to wait til the next morning to get the correct one from a different person. The pool was also broken. There was a weird tapping noise coming from the bathroom as well.

Probably the cleanest, best maintained and apppinted Comfort Inn's I've stayed at. The staff were very friendly and took care of our needs quickly. You're cheating yourself if you stay somewhere else while in Bentonville.
Not bad for the price ! The linens are great for a hotel. The parking lot needs better lighting .
Nice large rooms, nicely decorated. No bad smells. Clean and tidy. Great pool and spa area as well.. This is very close to the Amazeum and Crystal Bridges Museum
The staff was kind, and check-in was easy. The room surpassed our expectation. Very clean, very comfortable, and very large. The pool and hot tub were clean. Free guest laundry facilities. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and great options to choose from.
