Was not happy with the supervisor Devon he was very rude. I bought a coat for my granddaughter and it was priced wrong, they were on the table with other coats. I went and checked the price to make sure it was $14. He had a price checked done and told me the were $19. Instead of letting me have it for the priced that it was marked for, he told the cashier it's was $19 and walked away without saying anything to me. That is not customer service. I do want to say the cashier was very sweet and apologized for my inconvenience.
Sam's Club is a great place to buy in bulk. You do have to watch the prices because bigger doesn't always mean cheeper. Some times it is cheaper at Wal-Mart.
I went to the Bentonville store yesterday 12/4. The enterance door had a glitch and didn't open. I was in a hurry so I just left and called the store to let them know so they could check on the problem. The person who answered the phone asked if I was trying to enter the loading dock or if I was at another store. I told her I had been at the main customer enterance, not the loading dock and was sure of what store I was at. She laughed and said I had to be incorrect because the door was working fine. After she laughed I asked to speak to her manager. She wasn't going to let me until I said I would just call the coporate office. When I did get put on with the manager she viewed the security video and said she did see me and saw that the door did in fact, not open for me. Later in the day my husband called the store to express his dissatisfaction with the way I was treated. A different manager, Jeremy, was very dismissive and said he would look into it but I should be happy that this was the only time I had been laughed at or had a bad expieriance at a Sam's Club store. REALLY? How many times is too many times to be treated badly? He also accused us of just trying to get a free membership. We pay money to shop with Sam's Club. We will NEVER shop with Sam's Club again. It won't make their big company any differance to lose us as customers but I refuse to shop at a business that does not make me feel like a valued customer.

Big, decently stocked with a wide selection. The club pickup guys are the best, they're all super sweet and helpful (and QUICK!).
Clean, good selection and well stocked. Parking lot is easy to navigate and the spaces are large. Meat prices are outrageous! Especially the beef. Therefore I rarely buy it there. Otherwise best Sam's Club in Northwest Arkansas.
Sam's, you need a serious overhaul of your customer service procedures. Your associates need to be taught how to treat your customers right.
