I loved that I was able to walk down with my wagon and my kiddo to get some flowers for my yard! They had an excellent selection and the plants look very healthy and hearty. Prices were reasonable and the ladies were very nice. Will definitely visit again!
I was also pleased to find that when the flowers were delivered on Monday, they were beautiful but not what I ordered. I would recommend trying a different florist.
The explanation was simply that the order came in after hours and "most florists are not open on Sundays". I appreciate that this was clearly not the business' fault- they simply misadvertised their hours, did not have an adequate order processing system to prevent Sunday's from being selected as a potential delivery date, and do not have an answering system at the store.
I ordered flowers for delivery on Sunday as this was one of only two florists in Bentonville who listed themselves as open on Sundays. The order came in after hours, which is the only fault I will claim. I received a confirmation email for the order that listed a delivery date the same as the order date. Concerned by this, I emailed the business to find that the email was undeliverable. I began calling the business on Sunday to find that they did not have an answering machine. After the "open hours" had passed and I was certain that the flowers would not be delivered, I used the website to contact the business asking that they call me as soon as possible regarding the order. I received a call early the next morning from Julie Matkins, the owner and we arranged for a Monday delivery.
Great customer service! Competitive prices.....lower prices than surrounding florists.

I recently discovered this wonderful flower shop and greenhouse. The staff is so nice and helpful and the flowers and plants are great quality. Jo in the flower shop is an expert when it comes to putting together an arrangement. I won't go anywhere else for my flower needs.
