Ordered a cheese pan pizza. Got sprinkles of cheese tins of marinara or crust and all burnt. Only giving a 3 because my husband got a hand tossed pepperoni that turned out great. Had cheese and was not burnt!
Placed an order for a Chesseburger pizza, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 Pepperoni, Brownie and Cinnamon Pull Apart. I asked Anna for the 911 discount as I work for the county through the Sherrif's Department and having ordered before, it's 50% off. Instead I was given a $6 discount by her and in turn it took a potentially great tip away from the driver who was awesome. There was no frosting on the cinnamon pull apart and the pepperoni on the pizza was sticking up all over and looked sloppy. I'd ask the GM to refund me the difference of the $41 I paid (Should have been a $19.50 order) as I do not wish to have it credited for a future order. I've never had a problem with Papa John's until now and I'm extremely disappointed.

Ordered a large pizza and an order of cheese sticks around 5:40 and didn't receive our order until 7:20. I can understand being busy but good greif.
Online ordering was a hassle, web site a mess and store personnel was of no help at all. Will not order there again despite papa johns being my favorite pizza
