Pizza is pretty good for the low price but I have been pleasantly surprised by the staff on several occasions.
So about a week or 2 ago this store in Bentonville was rude and late with my order and when I called about it they began to be rude again. I was told by the district manager they would send me a coupon for the way I was treated so I call tonight 12/22/2017 and ask about the coupon because I haven't gotten it yet and a guy named mike who said he was the manager told me he would send me out another coupon but I couldn't just go ahead and use the coupon even though he knows there is supposed to be one with my name on it. Then this so called Mike decides to be rude and tell me that it seems I have a lot of issues with this store. Well Mike how about you train your employees to be polite and nice if you are the so called manager. But by the way you acted towards me you don't need to be a manager
Staff is nice, and the new stuffed crust is yummy
My family loves it here. I wish that it had more flavor, to me it is a bit bland.
Good quality, fast pizza. Very friendly staff. Try the monkey bread. It sounds gross but it is tasty. Just be aware that you will want to eat the whole thing.
