What can I say? After giving the Rogers, Arkansas DMV office a well deserved negative review, I give a 5-star rating to Bentonville's office. I have NOTHING to find fault about this well-managed facility! They had no less than 5 associates serving customers at any time, the one that helped me was patient and competent (and a trainee, by the way), and unlike Rogers, the chairs in the waiting area never got filled by more than 50% while I was there.The clerks served 50+ customers in an hour and 1/2 as contrasted to 20 in 2 and 3/4 hours at Rogers. These two offices are fairly close to each but the comparison between them is as far apart as east is to west.
Unbeknownst to me, they actually do take reservations here. As well as serving exclusively from 4 desks, which each takes them between one and twenty minutes to serve someone. Could really use some upper management eyes on this to see how awful it's become. The DMV in siloam, from assessment to walking away with correct papers, took me at the most 20 minutes, yet I have been waiting here for an hour. It's just lucky I work at night so I can fully enjoy a full day here.
Absolutely horrible. The workers are slow and all go on break at the same time. They look moody. There is no organization. The most idiotic thing is that they have 3 assessors and 3 collectors who essentially stamp papers and NEVER have a line. Make them help customers!
I had to return a second time because I didn’t have proof of residency but that was my fault. I was in and out in under 30 minutes!
Being a disabled Marine I was treated with respect and the person who handled my business went beyond protocol to see that all my needs were met ! ...Impressed is not an adequate description of the service that I was given !!!
