Terrible experience.
Belligerently insists that you must sign back of credit card for "security purposes" if you are going to pay with credit card because they believe that you signing it magically prevents you from being a fraudster somehow. Will not accept your drivers license as proof of ID like standard operating procedures dictate for confirming ID with unsigned credit card in the rest of modern America.
On a positive note, they are trying to move a lot of their system online, but the bumps along the way haven't been pretty on the customer end.
Employees seem to enjoy implementing their arcane business practices and behave as though anything different is crazy talk.
Staff is not customer service oriented, I have never had a good experience there. Still operates with 1800s mentality that customers need to physically come in the office to setup their account---even though every utility company in America today can handle this all by phone. (Huge burden if you just moved to the area and your vehicle is being shipped to town and won't arrive for another week.)
