Billing is sorry... I paid off my balls in July of this year... nothing on my patient portal and nothing in the mail and all of a sudden I'm getting calls from a collection agency???...not cool NWMed... not cool we paid over $10,000 in less than a year to pay off my surgery...& Then 3 months later they hit me with a collection agency???
Went in twice first time for medication issues came out with infection
Second time ct scan came out with another infection

Talked with a lady in billing department. because i had some doubt about my bills for CT scan from hospital and radiology department. As soon i started talking the lady on the phone -in very rude tone started talking on top of my statement. I had to tell her could u pls listen to me for a moment. then she kept quiet. very bad service. I felt like they dont want to deal or listen and explain the patients with anything that is not covered by the hospital. very disappointed.
I was highly humiliated by the nurse and nurse practitioner while I was there for an extreme sinus headache that had gotten worse, which made me decide to go here. My blood pressure was 178/79. They basically told me to take claritin and discharged me. I'm certain they will still get plenty of insurance money from me. But they will never get my business again. If I was taken there in an emergency, and able to, I will demand better care. They aren't the best place in town as it is. And the bedside manner was nonexistent.
