Updated for 12/2017, dropped to 2 stars. The guy that helped us was rude. He tried telling me that he "had an android phone before" so he knows exactly what is wrong with my phone. He also kept telling me I had a different phone than the one I actually have, sorry bud but I think I know what kind of phone I have. And the madness didn't stop there but ultimately this location has lost me as a customer.

The store in Bentonville is exceptional! Excellent and helpful staff. The coverage area isn't great but our bill is cheaper. Only thing would change about the store is provide customers with chairs, please. Some are disabled.
Every time I go here I end up getting an awesome deal on something. These guys are top notch and super knowledgeable.
Carlos and team were incredibly friendly at this location. I came in after buying an iPhone 5S that was supposed to be unlocked, but obviously wasn't. Carlos did everything he could to help me test various SIM cards and find out which carrier the phone was tied to. I would highly recommend visiting this store for any carrier needs, as they obviously care about you and will do anything they can to help you out.
Excellent Service, Definetely Recommend, I prefer going to store rather talking to customer care and Cesar knows best and he always give clear instructions to solve any sort of problem. He helped me out many times.
