Staff is helpful. Location is convenient. store working hours over the weekend is very very convenient.
I bought out of a lease a Galaxy S6 I've had for 2 years never dropped nothing broken when I tried to port it over to AT&T they couldn't open the SIM card tray I brought it back to the Sprint store. To see if they could open it they couldn't either I asked if I could have my money back it had been just a couple of days. The receipt said I have a 14 day return policy the manager got loud and rude. And told me that I could not have my money back and I was stuck with a phone that I can't use when it clearly says on the receipt I had 14 days to make the return I asked for the district manager he said I'll have him call you but I could tell he was lying. I was a Sprint Customer and only wanted to change the service because I was moving to her more rural area. But I won't be using Sprint ever again staff unfriendly rude. The sales guy just as bad the manager the pits when I bought my Galaxy S6 there it was a completely different set of people that work there it doesn't surprise me the amount of turnover at this place you're rolling the dice shopping here not a good store not a good staff. Go get AT&T especially in this area or go to Verizon for customer service go to T-Mobile for price but never go to this Sprint store rip off.
Not the most friendly and helpful people. Overall some work need to be done in that direction. A lot of potential, love Sprint.
I have been with Sprint for over 14 years and have been in many stores. This store by far has given me the best experience. The associates working there went above and beyond.
So as far as customer service goes they fail in this department. I wouldn't even give them one star. I made an appointment for my husband to get a phone waited three days in order to get the phone on sale. Not only did they not have our appointment confirmed they didn't have the phone for us to get anyway. Very disappointed in their service. Just wasted our time getting up early to make an appointment for nothing. Now as far as the tech guys go, they get all 5 stars. They were very helpful and were able to get my husband's phone he currently had up and running. We were very pleased with their service and assistance.
