Bought a used vehicle last year and discover some minor problem after I drove it home to a different state. Although legally not obligated – Jonathan took care of the issue and very happy with their promise to stand behind their cars.
This luxury car dealership highly mislead me into driving for over an hour to bring my car to their service dept to fix what they told me on the phone would be a minor problem my car was having. After sitting in their extremely comfortable customer lounge for 3 hours, they brought my car back to the sally-port unrepaired. Service writer said they would need my car to be dropped off when it could be left with them for an unknown amount of time to allow them to diagnose the problem. Out of frustration, I "diagnosed" it myself, fixing my problem by replacing a 20 cent fuse.
Great cars and they will most likely always have what you want. They are also able to negotiate a great price. I have bought four cars throughout 5 years from here and always have had a great experience.
Great, professional service. My car is always returned clean. I always get a loaner if I need one. I enjoy looking at the nice cars, too.
