Walked in at 7am and was not helped until 7:08. We were never acknowledged and then when we were finally acknowledged, the cashier argued with my fiance about which donut she wanted. Next time I will go to Krispy Kreme
The manager however was great and rectified the situation before it could escalate.
The cashier was quite negative about donuts and the smell of donuts and honestly was doing a poor job of selling the product. She was also quite rude to another member of my party and got snappy with them.
Not sure what the issue is there but several times a week they tell me they are out of the donuts I ask for. I've ordered a bacon croissant recently and was informed they had no bacon or croissants??? I'm aware that an eclair is basiclly the same thing as a Boston creme donut, but I would appreciate you having the products you advertise and not get snappy with me about alternative substitutions. If this sort of thing only happened every now and then I would understand. Sadly it seems too frequent as I said this happens weekly. I'm just going to start getting my breakfast elsewhere.
Would have given it 5 stars but the lobby/tables were pretty dirty. We had to clean our own table with napkins and water. The food was good, and the staff were very nice. Just need to pay some attention to the tables please!
their customer service was good but the donuts that I received were old still and no good I wouldn't have feed those things to my dog will never return to that place again the one on 14th Street in Bentonville
The coffee I got was so sugary I had to toss it out, it was just hazelnut coffee. The kids loved the donuts but you can't really go wrong with kids and icing.
