The facility is clean and secure which really offers peace of mind. Great location too. And as far as the manager, she is very helpful and kind and really goes out of her way to make sure everything is great. Can't say enough good things!!
Really nice staff, easy processing and payments, pretty painless and moved my things into storage the same day I called.
Great storage and crew. They're really helpful. I've had a couple situations where they've gone above regular service and helped. The lady is really nice.
Facility is under new management. They are certainly turning it around. They are working on making it a clean and safe storage place. So far it is the cleanest storage facility I've seen.
VERY poor experience. We went in before storing our stuff there and were very clear with how much trash we would have and pallets we would have. We went over it several times with them and they reassured us multiple times that it wouldn't be an issue. After the 2nd week, we were asked to cut the cardboard smaller, so we did. Then, they continued to call us and ask if we could take our cardboard elsewhere. Finally, they told us we couldn't use the dumpster any more. I found another storage solution. Again, VERY poor service !
