Great, consistent food and attentive service staff. We have been here many times but most recently brought 20+ in our party and it did not phase the quality or timeliness of the food , attentiveness of the staff, or the appreciation of management treating our birthdays and anniversaries with such pride. It was a great evening for our entire group. Thank you!!

I really enjoyed every visit due to the friendly faces, great service, great shopping area, but the food however is always a disappointment for me. Which led me to do a survey/rating. This time I ordered the french toast, it did not look/taste like french toast. I was so disappointed yet again! I was looking forward to nice fluffy bread but instead, received skinny floppy yellow looking bread on my plate with no toppings, just 2 sides of packaged butter, & watery sweet syrup. I did my best & ate 2/4 of the stack I received & did not order the rest to go. I gave this place a 3rd try at 3 different locations, & has yet to be satisfied with the food. I will no longer be dining at this place.
The food is great but the restaurant is kept very cold. You have to wear a jacket inside to eat your meal and be comfortable. You also need to eat fast unless you want cold food. Very crowded at all times. If you can definitely go to the website and reserve seating. The wait times can be ridiculous and there is nowhere inside the building to sit and wait.
The wait was long considering they were not too busy. I ordered the daily lunch special. It was good but cold. I noticed that two ladies seated near me ordered the same as me and their portions were considerably larger than mine. Although mine was adequate, consistency is important. I was disappointed in the service and in my visit here today.
