To Whom It May Concern: I purchased a Kent bike at Target, Casselberry, FL a few months ago. I was surprised when after a few months the paint on my newly purchased 26" Kent Mountain Bike started to fade. I contacted Kent's customer service dept and promptly received a partial refund to compensate for the deterioration in looks. I certainly would not hesitate to buy another Kent bike, because they stand behind their product. JC
