DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!
Clint detected my water leak fast, gave me the estimate and fixed it quickly as well. He did warn me he was going to have to cut into my wall to get to the leaky faucet, but could cover the hole with an access panel, which ended up looking great! He also took the time to complete a few other items that I didn’t know about when I called about the water leak.
I called to have them work on my sewer on 12/9/16. They came out ran a snake through the toilets. Said everything was fixed left and as soon as I started using the washer, water started coming out from under the toilets. I called several times and no one would answer the phone.
I am also reporting this company to the BBB. Be careful who you hire and DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!
If I could put half a star I would cause this company does not deserve even one full star. They are outrageous on their prices and don't do the job. After charging $375 and 3 days of trying to figure out what was wrong they poured acid in my drain. That was a month and a half ago. Now it's clogged up again. Got in touch with them and they said they be out but never showed up. Was told for 2days they'd be out. Never showed up. I'm reporting them to BBB. they need to be shut down!!!
Recording stated that they had emergency service and that someone would call me back. Now this is Monday and I still have not received a call back. This company is a joke especially when their emergency service does not return phone calls.
If I could give a lower rating I would. This company is complete scum. Takes advantage of female customers by preying on their lack of plumbing knowledge and trust in humans. Changed my mother $487 to replace the guts of her toilet. Told her it would be more expensive to replace the toilet than to fix it, then charged her this ridiculous amount. I have reported to the better business bureau.
Called them at 8:20 to have someone come take a look at my leak. They say they will get someone out there as soon as the rain clears. 3 hours after the rain has come and gone, no call. So call them back and they tell me I'm next on the list. 3 Hours later I call to get a time estimate. They say they will call me right back. 30 minutes later I call them, because they didn't deem it necessary to actually call back with an estimate. They tell me at least another hour or two. An entire day of waiting when I could have just had someone more competent get it done. They are polite. But if you can't get something done this important in a timely fashion JUST SAY SO.
