I've used other walmart drive thrus before with minimal frustrations but this one was ridiculous! Today my husband called to refill my migraine medicine & they said it would be ready at 12:30- on my lunch break I go at 12:30 to pick it up (waiting in line at least 10 minutes) & they say it'll be another 15 minutes before it's ready. I have to go back to work so I decide to go after work. Well after work it's super busy, I wait 20 minutes, get up there & get asked if I had insurance, said they don't have my insurance info (which they do) & then was told my medication is not covered by my insurance & that it would cost me $86! I've been on this medication for 10 years & I've never paid more than $20, here lately it's only been $5! Well come to find out they somehow got my script mixed up with someone else's & had filled a COMPLETELY different medication under my name!! That is an awful medication error! When they realized the error they said it would take another 15 minutes to fill the correct script! SOOO my third time around, I get up to the window & again they ask me if I have insurance. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? How come you all aren't looking this up before you ask? I never have this problem at other walmarts. After about 10 minutes I finally get my medication. By this point I could feel a migraine coming on! Thanks for that! I will be trying other pharmacy's from now on.
Poor drive up. Drip off and pick up is very very slow. I have been stuck in drive thru line for over 30 min. Just to be told by person at other end of video camera that they would be with me shortly! REALLY!!!!! Target and walgreems are really starting to look better and better

I never have waited more than 15 mins for a prescription fills at Sam's Club. And they are always nice to me. This store made me wait 45 mins for 2 pills and I was the first person when they open. I asked why and they told me that they had prescriptions to fill from the day before. Really you couldn't fill mine first only 2 pills that came in a pill pack.
