The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and Sherwin-Williams paint and products are the best!
If you know exactly what you want, this is the place for you. If not, if can be uncomfortable, and the staff, condescending. I don't know paint, and thought coming to a paint store, rather than a Big Box Store, would be an advantage. I am going back to the Big Box place, where the guy behind the paint counter was cheerful and didn't talk down to me for not being a professional painter.
