Very convenient location, clean storage rooms -- LOTS of cameras and lights with high fences. Felt like my belongings were very safe. The facility has extremely good drainage so, short of apocalyptic flooding, you don't have to worry about water slipping in under the doors or anything. Which seems like a small worry until you lose some expensive wood furniture because of moisture getting under a storage door - anyone who's lived through water damage will appreciate the protections this facility has.
