I’ve been told by several local businesses to come here. I reviewed them beforehand. Nice ratings. I went in there to fix my watch told me come back in a week. I asked about it they said another week the crystal is on special order. Cool. I wasn’t in no rush. I got it this Friday. I called them. It’s nice that they cared to wait till later cuz I worked nights. All in all 5 stars.

I have been in more than once to have watches resized, and been very satisfied. However after calling first to make sure I could get a clasp swapped while I wait, I get there and the other person working there (moustached bitter smartaleck) says it's too complicated and they can't do it today. The other (nice) clerk said she talked to me, and said they could do it today. I told the snippy guy I didn't realize swapping a clasp is that hard if you have the right screwdriver, to which I got more mouth. I then compared him to a particular appendage, and left. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but I wish I knew if he was like family or something and I'd never go back. However, if he's just a clerk, I'd hate to stop patronizing them due to poor choice of hire. The person who's always actually fixed the watches was very nice.
