Serena has been our agent since she started her business with State Farm. She has almost always been available to talk when we needed her and even if she wasn't available she was very prompt at returning our calls. She takes the time to explain things to us so that we know what's going on with our policies, as we are very inexperienced in the insurance world. I have been a State Farm customer for almost 16 years, pretty much since I learned to drive. I moved to Bentonville almost 5 years ago and Serena Smith was the agent on the paper work when they did the transfer. We have never met Serena Smith and have never reviewed our policies. Apparently, at some point in time our ins policy was changed where some of our coverage was dropped. We are not sure if that was when we were still in Memphis or when we moved. Her office was of no help. Now that we were in an accident, State Farm has been the MOST difficult to get any information from. We have to call almost daily to understand there has been no update on our claims. It took them almost 3 weeks just to get the police report. The wreck was not our fault and we are still being required to pay the deductible to get it fixed when the car cited actually had State Farm insurance as well. My husband has been trying to call Serena Smith to discuss our issues we are having and she was never available and he finally made an appointment but has to wait a week to talk with her. I guess we always thought State Farm was supposed to be there when you need them. I would say if you are looking for an agent that is not involved what so ever, this is your place.
