People are great and can usually give you advice on what would work best if you need it.
I would give them zero stars if possible as 1 indicates some level of proficiency.
Really hate it as they are so convenient and the cashiers are always nice but customer service makes or breaks retail.
Their attitude toward customer service has gone down hill since the former manager retired and in attempting to get an issue with a $6500.00 purchase rectified I can't even get a call back.
Great selection and service, my only.gripe is that the store is much smaller than their Springdale location or Atwood's.

They do not treat their customers well. I was trying to refill my propane tank and they told me to wait fifteen minutes, so I went outside in 20 degree weather and waited. I was outside for about 20 minutes so I asked and they told me to wait fifteen MORE minutes, so I left. They told me they were sorry, but I knew they went. This is not the first time.
