I came here a year ago with my friend to get pedicures. I had just gotten a haircut from a very expensive local salon and they had totally ruined my hair. It was all uneven and just awful. While I was at Rouge, I was telling them this story and they offered to help me out! That's how I met Brianna. She now is the ONLY person I let cut my hair. She knows wavy/curly hair and always makes my hair look AMAZING. I've also started getting acrylic sets by Annie. She is absolutely magical and my nails look stunning. I would absolutely recommend both Annie and Brianna. I have such a great experience every time I am there!

This is my favorite nail place to go to, so I was really disappointed when I got my nails done for my wedding. They were so beautiful, and I paid extra to get the gel/shellac on both my hands and feet so that they would last longer. However, it all came off the very next day. I maybe had one or two left at the end of the week between my hands and feet. For almost $100 I would have at least expected them to last a week before going bad.
You get told one price and they end up charging you a different amount. Please make sure to explain to your customers as they walk in don't give surprises with prices. Very thick and ugly looking overlays i should of not wasting my time here and should of gone to my old place. I came for first time and full of surprises at the check out. The lady that did my nails even hurt my finger for rushing for her appointment. Please dedicate to give better customer service.
First let me begin by saying I'm very big on shopping at places with good reviews.
Edit: How sweet! I would love a gift card for a re-polish. I don't remember the name of the lady I had, but I do know that she was a nice blond woman, who looked to be in her twenties.
They close at 7pm and I came in 15 min before 7 for a cracked nail. Very basic, no color no tips, just acrylic overlay.
The price was cheap too.
This place does walk - ins as well.
They saw me right away and the lady did an AMAZING job. She was very friendly and gentle.

I've been going to Rouge to get my nails done for about a month and a half, twice to Bentonville and once in Rogers. Yesterday I went to Bentonville and I got them filled and gel polish. The gel is already chipping around the edges and when I asked for them to be shortened I was told "Longer nails are pretty" and they weren't shortened at all. I play ukulele and type a lot at my job so with how long they are now they're more difficult to work with. While they look beautiful, they're chipping and too long. I'll likely be returning to the Rogers Rouge for my nails, because Rouge is still my favorite, I just had a bad experience at this one.
