I've tried a couple of the bigger shops in town in the past and wasn't pleased with their performance, so I decided to take my Jeep to these guys and give them a shot. I had an idea about what was wrong, but wasn't sure. They easily could've taken advantage of me, but they did a few minor repairs and had me back on the road in just a couple days. I've had trouble with other shops not doing everything I asked them to in the past, but these guys made sure to check my Jeep top to bottom. I had noticed that my AC wasn't blowing as hard as it should, but I didn't think to mention it. Chris called me and said that they had found an issue with it and said they could repair it. I'm very happy with the service I received, and they will be getting all of my business from now on.
After Firestone dropped the ball on my scheduled appointment I made an appointment here. I changed my own brake pads and told the guy I needed new rotors. He said he could also put new brake pads on because mine were still under warranty. That way I would have new pads with my new rotors as he recommended. The price was over $100 more than Firestone but I felt like I was getting a good deal with my pads being replaced and the convenience of it being down the road from were I live. When I picked up my car I was informed that my pads did not get changed. I was very disappointed and felt robbed. Not a shop of their word in this instance and over priced. I payed over $250 for 2 rotors being replaced. Learn from my foolishness and go somewhere else.
I can always count on them for great quality service. They are honest and are not out to make you spend a fortune. They are willing to work with you and provide the best service. I recommend them to anyone who is having car trouble! One of my favorite local businesses!!!
