Recently had to pick up a book for my son and it was such a pleasant experience. The store was clean, the two guys that work there are kind and knowledgeable, and they had my son's book sitting aside ready for me to pick up. I'll definitely be back!

Accidentally went in to the wrong bookstore (was supposed to go to the one inside NWACC), but I was helped and then a nice guy asked me what books I got from NwACC and he looked it up and told me that those same books were cheaper with the campus bookstore. He wrote my name down, reserved those books and I went across the street and got a refund and then came back and bought those books from the same guy. The entire staff was super friendly and had great advice and made my semester start off right!
Coty was the best, he always made sure to have the customer first. He is definitely way cheaper than they BN bookstore on campus and beat the bookstore down the street. He also does price matching! been going their since they opened and before the semester starts, it gets a little hectic so its always best to go into the store instead of calling. Best place ever!
