Stopped in here because i broke my MTB. The folks here were extremely friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Bentonville I'll visit again!

It's an absolute pleasure to work with Phat Tire Bentonville. Tony, the service manager, and Ryan, a mechanic, have particularly been beyond great. I actually (kinda) look forward to having issues with my bikes so i can interact with those guys. Much more knowledgeable and honest than any other shop I've tried. Phat Tire provides very quick turn-arounds, great skills, refreshingly top-notch kindness and service. I can not recommend enough!
Went by there this morning as I realized I had a loose bolt on my rear suspension, one of the guys tightened it up for me at no charge so I bought some brake pads while I was there. Conviently located near the slaughter pen trails, I was 2.5 mile away when I discovered my issue and thank goodness they were there on a Sunday.
