What a neat place! My husband and I really enjoyed it. It had such a unique menu (that they change every 3 months.) It reminded me a little of Cochon’s in New Orleans, La. We ordered the escargot for our appetizer and the pig ear salad. Both were great! I had the surf and turf. The shrimp croquette and the baked cauliflower were really good. The steak was seasoned well and cooked just right but since it was a flank steak, it was a little tough. My husband had the duck Normandy. The duck breast was like a ham! Really delicious!
Great place. We went on one cold evening and they were super busy. We had to wait a bit longer than expected, but the manager was very accommodating as well as the staff.
I've never had a bad meal here. The Duck Normandy is my favorite dish so far. Good bear selection and lots of local/semi-local sourcing for their ingredients. Their menu is definitely unique, but also has some more standard fare like burgers and sandwiches. They also have a kids menu
Oh my goodness- if you are near this establishment- go!!!!! The most amazing lunch my family of five has ever enjoyed. It's rare that we all love some place new but Tusk & Trotter is on a whole other level! We can't stop talking about our meals. Steak, chicken, the most delicious brussell spouts - every single thing we tried was amazing. If you like simple cuisine, don't let the fancy menu scare you. No one will be disappointed- our family, consisting of eclectic tastes is proof!
Really cool place. The prices aren't bad but not cheap, absolutely worth it though. The bone appetizer is amazing with the jowl jam. Nice selection of beer as well. I recommend the house made pork rinds.
I read another review complaining about the restroom. My husband said the men’s room was updated nicely. The women’s hasn’t been remodeled yet, but it was clean.
