By far the worst experience with the most incompetent people ever! 4 times to get an automatic draft setup and still didn't work. I had to threaten to sue them to make it right.
Walking out now. Today's the day! Opening an account somewhere else!
Also, they can't close an account here. They have to send it off somewhere. I've been waiting for 45 minutes so far and they can't even close an account.
Just open an account with Arvest or Federal Credit Union and save yourself the fees and headaches from this place. Rude management that's unwilling to give you the time of day to listen to any issues. Outrageous overdraft fees, and they charge you monthly if you don't have direct deposit. I will say that the tellers and the other employees are very nice and helpful. But any time you come in with an issue the manager Jasmine will brush you off. Closing my account now, after 6 years of putting up with them.
Horrible hours, impossible to bank here if you work normal hours. So I showed up on a Saturday morning to close an extra account we have. And there is ONE person who can do that. And she had a 9am meetings, so I get to sit and wait for someone to assist me. At 9am on a Saturday. What could you be doing instead of sitting here? Don't bank here.
ATM is out of order and the bank closed before the hours posted on their door.
I don't know why I still Bank here. It's not often I actually need to go in to a bank but every time in the past few years I've needed something from this BofA branch the wait is 10 minutes plus with one teller. As I type this I'm the 11th person in line for yet again one teller working. On top of the long waits the service is blah. I don't need high level customer service but some level of politeness is appreciated. Tellers are often emotionless. I suspect it's not their fault but that the management at this branch is poor. It's obvious when a business is well run because when people like their jobs it shows.
